The PRAIS 2 reporting platform

The present on-line reporting platform has been established to facilitate the 2014 reporting exercise. Until further notice, the PRAIS 2 portal only allows you to submit reports. Access to submitted reports, query functions and other facilities will be made available soon after the reporting deadline of 30 June 2014.

Support to the 2014 reporting exercise

The 2014 reporting exercise was officially launched on February 1st, 2014. Simplified reporting requirements have been introduced, and new templates for affected and developed countries as well as the other reporting entities have been made available, in the required languages.

The new reporting templates - fillable Adobe PDF files - can be compiled off-line and saved until the report is finalized. Once completed, reports can be submitted using the PRAIS 2 online platform.

Other reporting tools and facilities have been made available on the UNCCD website, including the 2014 reporting manual, the glossary and its update, sample reports, frequently asked questions, as well as regional support, e-learning courses and a help-desk service.

The deadline for submission of national reports, 30 June 2014, has been by the Bureau of the CRIC. Reports submitted after that deadline will not be considered in the preliminary analysis to be prepared for the review by the CRIC.
