Welcome to the PRAIS portal
This portal allows National Focal Points and authorized officers from other reporting entities to communicate information required for the fourth performance review and assessment of implementation process leading to CRIC 9.
By registering/logging-in with their user name and password, authorized PRAIS users will be directed to the relevant reporting template(s) and guidelines:

- Developed country Parties;
- Accredited inter-governmental organizations (IGOs) and United Nations agencies;
- Accredited civil society organizations (CSOs);
- The Global Environment Facility (GEF);
- The Global Mechanism (GM);

Registered PRAIS users may upload information at anytime while filling the template, and submit/authenticate the report once completed. After the authentication of the report, no additional on-line changes are allowed.
Access to the information submitted through this portal is granted to registered users, the UNCCD Secretariat and the GM. It will be used by these Convention's institutions to prepare subregional, regional and global analysis reports to be reviewed by Parties at CRIC 9.
Once the reporting process is completed (i.e. by 12 November 2010), the PRAIS portal will be made accessible to the public and download, retrieve and query functions will be activated.
